DOGIAY – Nabire today is the murder and torture of a young man named
Yumike Pigai Papua, at 11:09 o'clock in the evening. He is a Mee tribe
who had been found dead in the mysterious circumstances by the
Indonesian agents undercover who are specialise trained and had
licenced to kill the Papuan people on Tuesday, (29/07/2014) Dogiay
District, West Papua.
Violence and violence committed by the Indonesian military continues
above ground in West Papua, still mysterious killings continue to occur
in the day.
Indonesian military with the mission to exterminate the people of Papua
is increasingly becoming a reality since the annexation of West Papua by
Indonesia unauthorized.

Chronology of events:
In the afternoon the victim Yumike Pigai with his friends was going to
his friends to the event in the western Nabire, then the victim and his
friends have the party and dance who is live in Nabire city.
After the dance, the victim left the show at 11:00 pm using the his
vehicle to the main road, it turns out the military and undercover
police were waiting and arrested him, while friends of the victims were
waiting for him, but the victim did not returned. His friend was
waiting for him, because he did not tell where he has gone, so his
friend was worries about him and they thought there is something will be
happening to him.
However, they were socking if they hear their friend found died early
morning around 03:00 am by Indonesian police without confirms to the
Yumike Pigai families or friends, but Indonesian police brought him
directly to the Sriwini general hospital in Nabire. We have got that
news from police reported to us.
According to police that the victim fell from the motor, but in fact
that, if we see the signs of the victim's body that he was tortured,
chained, beaten with chains belonging to the Indonesian secret police,
so police tried to manipulation of evidence in order to eliminate the
evidence that has been carried out in a planned manner by the Indonesian
military and police.
When we arrived at the Sriwini Hospital, we request some of the
questions related to the persecution and torture of the victim's body,
but police did not answer our questions, even the bodies were left and
the Indonesian police was feeling mocked to the victim in front of them.
Finally, If you look at the body of the victim, murder committed by
people who are trained, professional, and have the ability to kill. We
strongly believe that, Indonesian undercover special force who are
specialised and had licenced to kill ordinary Papuan. It should be done
by the Indonesian military, not the ordinary people.
